The Hogbottom music fest will be held Saturday, April 21st in Fort Mitchell Alabama... music, fun, BBQ, all to raise funds for the HouseOf Heroes, which helps vets down on their luck. Featuring musical performances by Will Dockery, The Buddy Harden Band, Rick Edwards, Sean Rox, The Gary Parmer Trio, Fire Mountain, Tim Maggart, Fiddler's Blues Band, The Conley Brothers Band, Gene Woolfolk, Jr. and Gravey Robbers.

Yes, Hogbottom is mostly a "bring your own beer" event, although there may be beer sold there as well. Great BBQ plates, some of the best I've ever had and I've had a lot of BBQ in my lifetime...

I think you'll like it... folks start coming in on Friday afternoon, set up their tents and jam with the various groups of musician camps, or just hang out. Saturday morning the actual onstage shows begin which run until about midnight, then individual parties at the campsites on into Sunday morning.

At least that's the general schedule for the last six Hogbortoms.
