Companies have been sending jobs out of the country since Clinton signed NAFTA. Medicare won't go bankrupt in the literal sense in 2016 or 2024 or 2064 -- or ever.

If Romney wins he's planning to do away with granny AND her check. They can kill babies so why not grannies? They shoot horses don't they? And he's gonna roll up all the highways at midnight and not let people travel at night so as to save on fuel consumption. And he's gonna stop teenage driving before they turn 18 to stop fuell use and insurance premiums rising. Cuts down on accidents and health care. And he's gonna make the clouds lay back in eastern Kentucky so we can rev up that solar powered Volt wagon. And he's gonna invite Bill Clinton Obama and Joe Biden to move to Kentucky to supply much needed wind for wind powered buses. And he's gonna out source people to that planet where the Aliens live so they won't be such a drag on our society. Hope I can get a ticket on that bus..........you coming?

You said you were stupid not me :D It's not that I have faith in my beliefs of science it's that I have solid evidence and facts. Only a foolish wannabe Atheist would call Atheism a religion as to say Atheism is indeed a religion is contrary to what an Atheist is and the meaning of Atheism. Religion is a belief of the paranormal in simple terms. Atheism is the belief of proof and logic. Big difference.

The problem here is, she's just stating something without being offensive, but you and the other have been offensive to her. You could just try civilly refuting her statements, not saying that A12 is being utterly rude but Devout certainly has been.

She's saying having a belief in something is a belief. You say it's not a belief because it is logic. Well she doesn't believe in evolution. So chalk it up to, agree to disagree. You way you have proof, well for me there is proof of evolution to a certain degree. I believe that organisms have the ability to evolve to their changing habits. However, I dont believe humans evolved from apes. Perhaps we've evolved from a more primitive form of early homosapiens, meaning that our appearances have have changed within reasonable degree. But for me, that doesn't include apes. Again, we should just agree to disagree and leave it at that. Civil, not hostile.

But I know he's a miserable SOB & only rants on here for no good reason, 80% of the time it's not even because someone called him out. And you're right, JP, he can be a lunatic in the comfort of his dimly lit computer room taking the time out of playing Dungeons and Dragons to be belligerent on here... but if he acted like that in real life someone would pop him straight in his throat box. I know for SURE if I ever had the chance to be face to face with him & he cop an attitude like that with me, he'd see the batshit crazy that I am and real freakin fast.

He bitches about how he can't afford his bills (ironic, considering a while back on here he gloated about his high paying desk job LOL) and he's just miserable with life in general.

But he shouldn't be, he has a great wife and wonderful kids that he's able to feed & put a roof over their heads. But apparently he can't count his good fortunes because everything is just SO dramatic! Maybe he needs some medication? I would suggest Zoloft but judging by his incessant belittling I'm thinking more along the lines of Prozac.

Seriously, NF, get a grip on life already. I have PLENTY to be utterly miserable about. I struggle with anxiety and had daily severe panic attacks until I started taking Zoloft & it has done wonders. No more debilitating panic. My beloved little Mamaw is dying of cancer after only being diagnosed in June with no prior problems. I'm beside myself with heartache & grief; however, I'm not a hysterical sociopath because of it. And I'm only up this late because for weeks of getting bad news after bad news I don't want to go to sleep to wake back up to this reality.

I'm done. Count your blessings, realize that your belligerence won't sway ONE SINGLE PERSON on here, and just enjoy your life. I know that despite my struggles, I'm here with my Mamaw right now & cherishing this time I have with her while she's still feeling good.

I'm 36, married with 3 kids and have no clue who you are outside of topix. I don't play DnD, in fact I never have. You're right, we've all been affected by it, and i suppose it never gets any easier. I've dealt with it before with my brother-in-law, but never within my close family have i dealt with any serious illness. Thanks again. I'm enjoying my time with her while she's still feeling well - in fact I've probably visited with her more times since June than the previous two years combined. So if nothing else, this ordeal has brought our family closer together. Thanks again, I truly appreciate it! And it still remains true from my previous post, that you are a lucky person to have a family. I'm sure they have what they need, and you love them all dearly.

I'm sorry about your grandmother I wish there was a cure for cancer its truly a terrible disease that can hit anyone at anytime ; my whole family has been affected by it my great grandmothers both died of cancer my grandfather had cancer but recovered my uncle has cancer that's just on my side my husband s family he lost 2 uncles 1aunt is recovering from breast cancer :I hope your grandmother pulls through !! I cry daily for my uncle as I pray for my family :God bless us all!!!
