Pflugerville has several issues that need to be addressed before money is spent on building a new City Hall. The traffic problems need to be addressed, new stoplights need to be installed and most of the stoplights need to be timed for the traffice to avoid congestion.
It's a typical situation of wanting to spend on improvements instead of fixing the existing problems that will really benefit Pflugerville.
