Good luck trying to reach a live person at Windermere Utility, especially on the weekend...considering they aren't even open on the weekend, but you'll never know this since their automated menu prompting system never actually tells you their hours of operation, so you spend 20-30 minutes going through the menu cycles until you finally give up. My January payment which is electonically paid through my bank shows 'paid', but guess what? Windermere never received it, so I will now have to fight with them (during regular business hours) to figure out why they never received my payment. And they are still going to try to raise rates again in a couple of months. Ridiculous.

I just paid my bill that was due on February 02 and I am having next bill due on February 28.
We have true scammers that are raping us. We do not need any war oversea while our society is so deeply corrupt. Rich and Wall Street companies defraud the masses here. The government should be helping us instead of going and spreading more mess oversea.

Soon we will have to move out of the area because of the water price. I was making some extra payments on my mortgage hoping to pay it off quickly. But I realize any progress made (money saved) on mortgage is going to Windermere. This company has the worse customer service in the industry (you almost have to take a day off from work in order to talk with a live person). the water is unsafe and can seriously ill or even kill children. No bright future for this part of the city...I really feel sad for all of us who have limited income and are being rapped without any alternative. I am happy that the city is doing its best to block the price increase intended by Monarch/Windermere.…but let face it, until the city kick these bad guys out we remain in bad shape. I have to pay 2 water bills in the month of February…. Where is our freedom and American Dream?

Windermere HOA apparently lost revenue when windermere was annexed so, they made a deal with the devil to put money in their pockets. this is highwway robbery and southwest is greedy and taking advantage of the little people.

We're going thru the ringer with them right now as well. They shut our water off because they never received payment. We have bank statements proving otherwise. When speaking to customer service, they advised us that we would have to wait for a supervisor to call back, which hasn't and likely won't happen. So, without water and there's nothing we can do about it.

Windermere utility charges very high in water, that I have proven. We have moved to round rock, and I compared our bill line by line. On the 8.0 gallons I used at my old home in pflugerville versus 8.8 gallons I used in our new home now, I paid windermere130.52 and that does not include waste and recycle which we pay separate at 16.00 per month. Here at round rock, for 8.8 gallons I paid 89.25 and that already includes our waste/recycle. How ridiculous is that? We didn't even have sprinkler in the pflugerville home and had an 1800 sq ft home whereas now, we have a 2100 sq ft home with a sprinkler. For one month that nobody lived in our pflugerville home while it was in the market, we paid 59.25, when I called to check if it was a mistake since we we never there and we never use the water, I was told that is their base rate, whether it is being use or not. Totally ridiculous and a big rip off, I'm glad we moved.

It still is ridiculous. I am really sad about paying so much of water bill through windermere. We cannot have any other options in pflugerville??

I just moved here at the end of last year from Austin. I've never had a water bill over 60 dollars but with Windermere the Base cost is already 47. How is that sane I'd be better off buying bottle water like Flint Mi

I hope our new city leaders take a real look at these water prices. It is out of control. I lived in a 2900 sq. Ft house with a huge yard and watered 1 or 2 times a week when needed paid 120.00 to 130.00 a month. Moved to a 890 sq. Ft apartment no yard to water and paid more. Now in a house again not watering yard and it has gone up even more. By the way we were in the apartment for 3 years and all my neighbors bills were 60 to 80 dollars. Called water company said it was land lord. Land lord water company.

I moved away from windermere utilities area thankfully. We paid 78 a month for 2 years for our 2 bed 1 bath apt under 900sqft. My final bill just came in for 628! Our meter read has been 2.0 for 2 years the last read was 82.0. They are being really shady. Has anybody else had a high final bill?
