I don't know how Erin Brock sleeps at night, and can justify the way she practices. How much family destruction does one person need to accomplish before ones pockets are fat enough, or a conscious surfaces? For anyone who reads this, and wants an attorney who has no ethical obligation to a just outcome for a child or family, this is your girl. To the person that posted this, I'm sorry, some people simply don't care and unfortunately abuse the courts.

Does anyone know of a comparable attorney?

Paul Gilreath is a really good attorney. I know Erin Brock and she is a greedy attorney NOT a good attorney. She charges exorbitant prices so people will think she is among the elite but as someone who knows, she really isn't that good. I will tell you who is ten times better than Brock and that is Rosalyn Baker. I would suggest getting someone out of Forsyth county so Brock won't know them. Fight the fight on neutral ground.

You must remember a two very important elements here. First: A good attorney will be very costly. Second: The system in NC especially in the Winston-Salem area is very corrupt. The whole thing is nothing more than a bunch of Dixieland rednecks that think they are of the elite. It is all about back room deals. I am not speaking of this because of some bitter involvement I am only speaking of observed facts. The whole damn area is bucolic and I see no hope that it will ever change. I have been in the business/military/political world for 35 years. I have done business all over the world and I can say with no doubt the largest population of idiots are concentrated here.

This is absolutely true, especially the back room deals. The courtroom is a farce, and the outcomes are decided before you get into the courtroom. Very ironic it's called the "Hall of Justice" as they are changing documents, money is exchanging hands, and if you are crooked enough, you just might make Judge. Do not be fooled, after the show, they're all buddies, the more you pay, the more you will be seen as a cash cow.

My husband and I are divorcing. We think that an attorney will be able to help us with our divorce. I hope that we will be able to fix our situation soon. I think it would be better if we were not together anymore. http://www.attorneyfairfaxva.com/Estate-Plann...

Have you spoken with your family and friends at all? That is usually the best way to find referrals. Nobody is going to refer someone they hate to someone they like. I would try that and come back and let us know what happened. http://www.siouxlandlaw.com

There are two sides to every story. Lawyers are paid to advocate for their client within the bounds of the law - not to make sure the other party gets a good result. If you hire a lawyer who doesn't work to get you the best result legally possible (considering other factors of course, like budget, time, AND what you, the client, can live with), then your lawyer is going to be subject a malpractice claim from you.

Absolute bullcocca. Either your an atty or a law student.
Truth is, it's a pat my back I'll pat yours chronyism that greases the wheels and palms of the buddy system. Erin can't stay married herself and in family court that should speak for itself, but no, people will still think a high price and fast tongue is worth their life savings, thankfully some Judges look part that, but hey you can roll the dice and hope money exchanges hands, if not good luck with the crooked atty you just wasted your savings on.

Erin Brock stole your kids too?
This is probably the best advertising for sicko vindictive partners all over Forsyth County..LoL.
"Erin Brock, she'll steal your kid for you".
Should be her billboard.

I'm looking for a good divorce lawyer as well. How much does it typically cost to hire a divorce lawyer, and what should I be looking for. All I need is to have them make a contract for me. http://www.criminalattorneydentontx.com/grego...

I wouldn't call Susan Gray. I saw a couple of bad comments that referred to her not answering emails or phone calls but I also saw some good comments so I called her office and left a message to call me back to set up an appointment. Her office called me back 6 days later. They apologized and said their phones were out. In this day and age, I would think that if your business had phone problems, I would have the employees use their personal phones to make necessary calls. For me, that was strike three. I didn't use her services.

Erin Brock is a ruthless woman that will try and destroy you! She has no compassion for the children what so ever. Karma will come back to bite her one of these days. I hope I'm around to witness it.

I'll bring the popcorn!
Seriously though, she's got so many connections no one can touch her.
