Will be the last State Raffle I play in. 2/3 of the winners were tickets bought after they extended it. Basicly NC screwed all the people that were paying attention.

They decided that they hadnt sold enough tickets yet by the original deadline so the extended it a week. Most of the winning tickets were sold after the original deadline. The raffle was all summer long so the people that got a ticket during the original time period were statistically screwed over. 500000 available tickets only about 160000 sold before the deadline was extended another 100000 sold during the extention.
