You have got to be kidding. How does she even get that she deserves parole. Did her child get parole?

Just so that you know, I am not taking up for her in any way, but what she asked for was to serve her ENTIRE sentence and then be placed on supervised release so that she does not start using drugs again....

Katie is right, she is asking for parole after her sentence to help keep her clean. You know she has to have some serious remorse, I don't care how bad of an addict you are losing a child hurts.

Well, have you ever been around someone smoking crack? They don't think very clearly. That is what makes the drug so dangerous. They must have smoked alot of it to kill that poor baby.

Don't get me wronf it is all her fault, but drugs are like a demon that takes over your will and you really aren't in control anymore.

Drugs are a demon that corrupts the soul! My aunt used to smoke crack (her heart exploded when she got some "pure" stuff) and she was like a crazed monster when she was on the stuff.
I do not know the story here but the person who is on drugs is not the same person who is clean.
If this woman killed her own child while on crack she will live in torment for the rest of her life. That is a prison she will never have release from.

Couldn't agree more. Drugs trap you in a shell

of what you used to be. Just think if you have ever

done anything drinking and regretted it,

multiply that times a thousand.

I believe it is your choice to do the drugs,

but your carnal nature takes it from there

and you don't have much control over

what you might do.

I knew this girl a little from high school and

seemed like a nice person until she started

with the crack smoking.

I went to school with Jamie and she was always a very sweet girl! I feel so bad for her and her children! Drugs really will take over your life especially hardcore drugs like crack! She did cause this situation herself but hippiefreak is right she will have to live with this the rest of her life and I can guarentee that will be 1000 x's worse than prison! The lose of a child is something I hope I never have to know and for that I will keep Jamie and her children in my prayers!

My Assistant minister at church was actually visiting her in jail when she was here at FCRJ.

She was on our prayer list for some time

none of you have a clue as to what happened!!! Brooklyn Paige McIntyre did not die from crack inhalation she was smothered by her father while sleeping on the couch with him and yeah she had been exposed to crack smoke so it was in her system but the Commonwealth just used her as an example and that is that. Act like you guys have never been around your kids smoking a joint, drinking a beer, or in the other room while you took your line or popped your pill!!!@! Do you think if Jaime could predict shit that she would have done things the exact same way, HELL NO she has to live with this for the rest of her life so back off, Jaime is no different than anyone else in Frankfort and quite frankly a damm good person!!!

The fact remains the child died indirectly

as a result of crack smoking.

What I mean by this is you probably would

not smother your child if you weren't

high on crack, though it has

happened before.

Let me explain it this way. If I have two beers

and someone hits me (their fault) and dies, I

would get all the blame cause I had two beers.

It didn't matter that I wasn't really drunk,

I would automatically get the blame.

That is why The Commonwealth blamed the crack

cocaine for the death, simple as that.

Well hun, people are going to judge and be critical. You just have to ignore them. Any idiot with a keyboard can post on here, and often does.

I don't think I need to read it again I am pretty familiar with what happened and I know Jamie and both of the McIntyre boys.

i know people are going to judge and be assholes but I expressed to the idiots that are using their keyboards to post this cruel stuff about Jaime to shut their mouthes because they are not at all familiar with the situation nor of Jaime and I like anyone else on here including yourself have that right to do so, especially since I know the facts and no Brooklyn didn't die from crack inhalation and like I said read again....if you were so familiar with everything then how many McIntyre boys are you familiar with, did you say both of them...naw baby check again and why are you taking what I very first posted so offensively? and if you say that you're not you are a liar because we wouldn't be doing this....I am speaking from knowledge of the situation and from the heart, so please stop ok, this is childish

What I think about the matter of all this. Is that the mother got everything that she deserves. May not enough for taking a childs life. She might as well give it up. Cause she has already lot her others kids and needs to leave them alone and let them live a happy life. It is up to them children when they get older if they ever want to see them. Jamie needs to leave them alone along with others. Whatever the case may be. She took her childs life. She belongs where she is at forever and forever.

Daily Horoscope for December 20

Capricorn

You're feeling edgy as Mars moves into reverse, and it won't be long before people start to get on your nerves. You might get very irritated by someone's funny little habits, yet feel you daren't say anything in case you go overboard. Or you could get very annoyed when someone blurts out something that was supposed to be a secret but which quickly becomes common knowledge.
