Regarding Mr. Davis and his attorney Mr. Fey
It is a Sad Day when just and good laws (HIPPA) meant to protect the innocent are twisted and remolded to protect what otherwise would be a narcotics criminal. Now we have another criminal out on the streets that will one day subject another innocent child into a life controlled by Heroin whose life in turn will undoubtedly result in an untimely death.
Deeply bothered by this.

Attorney Fay is only interested in finding loop holes that will allow drug dealers and pedophiles to roam our streets in search of more victims.
Criminals have more rights than victims. We should all be deeply bothered by this.
