Camco Property Management has failed blatantly to keep this condominium association in mandated compliance with the laws of the state of Wisconsin in part by failing to file the required documnets at the Court House. They also provided incorrect and incomplete infoprmation to the ownership with regards to the state law covering statuatory reserves. They routinely fail to assist sellers in providing mandated disclosure documents. The last condo sale closing was summed up by the realtor stating, "Camco was of no help whatever." Camco failed to answer their page as a Unit burnt down and left elderly women standing outside at night. Owners report being bullied when having contact with Camco. I have had over 20 years of serving on various condo boards and I personally would not recommend Camco Management under any circumstances.

I too have had horrible dealings with Camco- we owned a condo in sunset homes for a short time- have since escaped due to the harassment and unfair treatment, no repairs, no justification of the fees- etc etc etc...

I am filing a complaint with the state and federal govs. as we speak against Camco and the Condo association as well-

If you have any input or suggestions- please shoot me an email at calandra8 at yahoo- these people need to be audited, and pay for their crimes against the homeowners.

I recently bought a condo at Raintree Condos and they are under Camco. Had I known this I would have never bought my condo. They are they most unprofessional company I have dealt with.
how do you find out when a company's contract is up so we can get rid of them?

I too own a condo at Raintree condos and I am furious at Camco. THey do not know how to do business and they are so unprofessional. I have called numerous times to tell them to put salt down when it snows and noone calls me back. This Dave person is never in office and I am tired of having to call to see if the received my condo fees b/c they take their time to post payments and then act like it was late. I need a number to complain about them asap

People rarely take the time to complain unless they have a reason. Your example of restaurants is ridiculous. These people are referring to a large amt of money not comp to a food or any meal!
It sounds like you must be connected and not a victim of their abusive unethical behavior.

I also am having great difficulty in getting Camco to take ownership. I am w/ Sunset Homes Condominiums and they have been the most unprofessional company ever (this is the understatement of the century-i would NOT have a job if I operated as they do). Does anyone know how to escalate this to someone above them?

I just purchased a condo under them. Have anyone contact Katrina Cravey at channel six news she will get to the bottum of this.

There is no one above them beside BBB and things of that nature. All three of the managing agents are family. Virginia - Mother David & Brian - Sons

Can someone please tell who can I complain to about camco Mangement? They are very rude, unorganized, and they treat you as if you are renting from them instead of being a homeowner. I leave in the Milwauke area.

I am too am being harassed by the board and comco. Would anyone like to pitch in and have this person investigated? I spoke with the atty. Grettinger, who is supposed to be representing the condos. And he claims that camco is a straight shooter. Look at wisconsin court access. He claims to have worked with Brian for 20 years. He also represents every condo complex that Brian manages. Sounds like a conflict of interest to [email protected] I'm sure I'll have retaliation for posting this.

I stumbled upon this message string and couldn't agree more with most of the comments. I had flooding due to a burst pipe within the walls of another unit, and CAMCO did nothing to assist me. Eventually, I stopped contacting them, which I presume, is how they prefer it. I felt like it was me against both the insurance company AND my own management company!

In addition, the Condo board is pursuing legal action against the building's developer. In the process has blown through $150,000 in capital reserves, much of which went to the representing attorney. And now I hear he is a friend of Brian's? Say it ain't so!

Monday night my disabled (severe chronic COPD) Mother's condo was hit directly by a tornado. The roof was torn off causing the entire ceiling to cave in allowing the entire evenings downpour into the unit, also causing the middle floor ceiling to cave in. Water is on every floor, and needless to say, massive damages has ocurred. Well, the following monring at 7 am I was there and the condo association people could not reach David Cameron of CAMCO, and rain very heavy rain was coming again that night. Well, today, 3 days after the tornado, he shows up and rips the condo association person who had the guts to say, "we need that roof covered before tonight, nobody can reach David Cameron". He also went into my MOm's unit and berated the restoratoion people about "who authorized and is paying for this work". What the hell does he expect, my Mom to stay in the place for 3 days until he's good and ready to "stop by"? By thew way, you should call and get his voice mail, he closes by stating "if this isn't an emergency you will be assessed $75". What a tool. You should see the pictures. I will be reporting him to every regulatory agency I can think of.
