When I was a young girl, I had a pet chicken, named Speckles, she road with me on my pony. When in the Dominican, a rooster is a man's prize posession. I like roosters, and would rather hear it crowing than a lot of other noises out there, lol! Too bad they had to lose a cool pet. Not boring like fish,

As long as he wasn't performing sexual acts on the chickens, what's the problem_a little crowing will help you rise early from bed, and we all know about the early bird getting the worm.

And let me tell you it is a great way to wake up,,,now that is what one can call a morning 'perk'..

When I was in the Dominican for a few months, chickens are everywhere. Some people...are trying to get the locals to keep them to their yards, but it is none of anyone's outside this countries business, I don't care if you own either, it is 'traditional', and really, it is nice to see. And they sure do taste a lot better than what we eat in North America, including the 'huevos'.
Where is Speckles now

Not to mention that "Early to bed, early to rise...makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise"!

one would have to be a man,, or a cross between man and woman like you..

Now now no need to be jealous because you cannot rise to the occasion, or lack the 'equipment' to make one rise to the occasion.

Not if you get a "late" bird as opposed to the early bird.

To be honest with you, I don't know how "plump" a pregnant chicken gets?

Hairy love all your comments. Do chickens get pregnant???
As for healthy wealthy and wise??? Seems to work around here,,, but if not, what the hell, worth getting up for would you not say??? LOL!
But have seen some pretty plump chicken 'boobies'!

As for icons, I take that where it comes from. I do not let that kind bother me, never have, never will. I at least know I am doing something, and got a reaction which is more than they can say for themselves, boring, comes to mind.
