I'd never hire an older woman to be an accountant, financial adviser, etc.
Too many of them seem to be use shopping as a coping mechanism for getting old; getting ugly; getting fat; their husbands leaving them; etc.
They are controlled by their emotions and they either eat, use drugs, or shop to compensate for their imbalances.
It seems that every time I read about embezzlement, it involves an old, fat, ugly woman.
