A 74-year-old Cass County woman charged with first-degree murder in the death of her granddaughter's estranged husband has learned that because a gun was used, she faces an additional 25 years in prison if convicted.

why have no charges been filed against the rest of the family members present at the shooting for the cover up? Give Stephens parents 10 minutes alone with them, then hang them all and save the state a ton of money!!!
