We went with a large party. My fish tacos were soggy/mushy, the tortilla shells looked to just be dropped on the plate straight from the package. Veggies were cooked aldente though.
6 diners in our party returned their food and did not pay. It was awful !
Plus, the noise level is atrocious !! We were seated in a closed room and we still could not hear. The waitress had to raise her voice in order for her to be heard.
The service was good, will give our waitress the due kudos.

I Agree. About the only thing they got right was the veggies. I ordered one of their New York strip steaks and it tasted like it was burnt yet it was completely raw on the inside. I will not be going back. I could get a better steak at a school cafeteria.

this place is a joke.
those of you who say this is a great place to eat must not eat out very much.i have been a line cook at charley creek and a banquet chef years before that.i am no stranger to food or the workings of a kitchen.i was hired for 3 hours and got to see the food prepped stored and cooked.nothing is fresh.everything premade and frozen.what is made by recipe is sauces.its i high class mc donalds if u wanna call it that.the woman that owns the place has never had any type of resturaunt expierence!never worked in one, never served in one, nothing.and it shines through when eat or work there.she has no idea how to run a resturaunt.
Nothing is made fresh, remember that, next time u eat there.frozen and out of a box for the stupid prices they sell these items for.i watched someone make a item for dinner.no reicipe was followed.just throw items in and hope ok.i never seen anything like it.i do not recomend anyone eating there ever.its a mc donalds with a bar.

My boyfriend and I have been here twice and both times the service was horrible. The food was pretty good, but nothing special. The first time we went this young, white male with spiked up hair barely came to our table and didn't know any of the specials. He asked if my boyfriend needed a refill and never came back for one and was never around our table for us to flag him down. The second time, we went at lunchtime. We sat at a booth for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our orders before I finally was about to walk out and decided to call out for the servers that were talking casually to each other that we wanted service. Again that young, spiked hair man was there ignoring us. In case this restaurant didn't know, good service is a very important part of a customers experience.

I agree wholeheartedly ! We had a restaurant for many years in Florida. This is all premade frozen junk.
