Whoever the bitch is that answers the phone and takes orders needs to find a new job. If you don't like your job then quit! Definitely calling the regional manager on this retard!

Yeah I ordered a pizza, and she was pretty rude. Talk about customer service. Wanted to hang the phone up and call another pizza joint. Next time she answers the line I am just hangin up.

You boys said it! I get so sick and tired of that bitch's attitude. I am gonna do the exact same thing Daniel says he'll do.I will hang up on her if she answers the phone. FINALLY.........somebody sees what I am talking about. Also, I really don't care if we're bashing Domino's. Whoever has one negative word about our topix, we'll you better be smart and don't say nothing at all,if you can't behold the FUCKING truth!

Chick still has a chip on her shoulder. If I was the manager I would fire her. Can't believe no one in the company does follow up calls. If they did they would see what everyone deals with.

Avoid all the hassle and make the workers job easier too, go to Dominos.com instead. Pick and choose, see what coupons they have, place an order. No more order taker to deal with, your order goes straight to their make area screen, and you get a tracker that shows how long it took them to get your order out. You can do this without a credit card and pay cash at your door as you normally would. I know dealing with phone reps can be a hassle, but consider they are probably stressed as well when they take 30-40 calls during the dinner hour, work the prep line, and deliver. Speaking from experience, dinner rush as most places call it can get hectic.

Anybody see the Dominos news story lately about the owner of the company going to court to get out of paying his employee's birth control? Maybe she's pregnant and cranky.

You do realize they are only taking an order for a pizza right? There not getting ready to preform surgery. I'm really tired of everyone acting like its too much to expect good service because its hard. Those are not supposed to be the hard jobs. Just be nice and write what the people say to write. Throw in a have a nice day and everyone leaves happy.
Second it you have every enjoyed receiving a pay check for doing this job you are suggesting they do it online which is great for companies that look at profit but you just eliminated a job. One for which you had the luxury of having. Now there is one less job, and more profit for company. Please think about it. Have a nice day.

I can and do cook quite well but flying solo it makes more sense and wastes less time ordering out. If you didn't have a van full of kids, and did have a job, you might be able to afford to do the same on occasion.

No names were changed. I'm just stating the obvious.
