As the snow continues to fall, the accumulation continues to grow. Below is a list of snow totals in and around the metro area.

Wake up to 5 inches already on the ground at 5am in the Stapleton area.

I had 6 inches of standing snow on my car at 6am in Lafayette. I think the totals are "guestimates". I've never found them to be accurate.

I have to wonder how accurate these weather people really are. They said last night that none of this was going to show up until later tonight. I woke up several times last night due to the high winds and ice/sleet that was hitting our house.
