Obviously this is not talking about our Manchester. But I think it would be a great idea of Southern States or Shawnee State put a campus right in the middle of Manchester, along with a daycare and a drug rehab counseling center. This might turn dogtown around.

the counseling center sounds good. what about maybe some sort of adult education center, kind of like a vocational school for local adults. if we better our townsfolk the town itself will follow. I mean, I don't want to help someone that won't help themself first.
