Lighten up. Would you rather have them knocking at your door?

How can thy knock at my door ? This is private property, and that would be trespassing !

IMO they do not need to harass Madtown citizens with prerecorded phone
messages to voters, blocked as an "unknown" caller....Hayes was the WORST with these this year ! I do not remember anyone harassing so much in an election, NOT even for an important Presidential election.

The phone calls are a turn off, and I can live without them !

Yes, she does. It won't be too long before the voters discover what they voted into office. My condolences to the Madison Local School District.

i never said i was perfect.

as for giving a dam the about the school board, why no one hears whats going on in the schools or see how the teachers are having to put up with bull$.t in the classrooms and the kids who want to learn cant or have to learn at a slower pace because of the disruptions from the kids of all the "not my kid " parents. oh yes lets not for get if you had sisters or brothers go to the schools befor you you are pr-labled as trouble. never given a chance.

as for the person who won the seats on the board. we are watching you. you made clame that any one can get into schools in are town. i can proove you wrong. i died my hair at the beginning of the school year. i was refused entry untill my id was checked at 2 schools. they did there job.

p.s. dont you mess with the busses. the cameras on them have saved a lot of trouble for the kids who make trouble..

Does Madison really know what they got in the two new BOE members? After the first meeting, when they cant outright fire the Assistant Super, eliminate the band, or they cant cancel the CBS contract..the question will be "What now?" And this inability to comprehend the enormity of the job will lead the BOE to deadlock. This will all occur when the BOE needs ideas and vision. Instead, they will have former bus drivers, driven by Rogers, to make each and every BOE meeting a Springer show.

You need to rememeber that its only ONE former driver. She does not represent all of them. Food for thought.....

I never liked or trusted the idea that the BOE members - all 5 of them - always had to be in lockstep agreement with each other on every issue before it was presented to the public for their forced consumption.

In real life, how often do you meet 5 people from different walks of life that "always" agreed with each other?

Trying to feed this past old baloney to the public always seemed so contrived to me.

A little razzel-dazzel at the BOE should be a welcome relief around this Mad-town. I am looking forward to attending a few meetings and see what some REAL creative thinking and a little dissension in the ranks leads to.

It is what it is.
Short of an unlikely "revolution,"
things will NEVER change.

So, accept it and get over it.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Cancer

You feel the urge to move onward, powered by your wisdom: when you're right, you're right. You may feel that any further explanation is unnecessary, but the people you're dealing with might need it spelled out for them. Take the time to draw a picture or use smaller vocabulary words to get your point across, Cancer. A public demonstration will probably prove to be the last word on the subject.
