Well thank God, it wasn't another Contractor , from here in Attica, Jeffery David Harris, whom preys on women with small kids, and then abuses the women. He is a New Build Contractor, and has a History of Domestic Violence, and Drug runner, and Has had 3 DWI's all for which he has recieved a slap on his wrist for. What do these contractors think of?

If you are speaking about Jeff Harris..he is a run down druggie, that I wouldn't even allow on my property. Anyone that hires this man is CRAZY.
Example: Last summer a well known contractor had this soryy M________F________on one of his crews,my wife and I came to the site too see how everything was going along, and cancelled our contract because Jeff Harris was on the site. Anyone who hires this SOB is asking for TROUBLE.
