Man flees traffic stop, faces multiple charges

A Perry man faces charges that he drove while extremely drunk and fled on foot when police stopped his vehicle early Saturday.

I know the guy and eveybody knows he has issues,why dont they have a wyoming county out reach task force.To help unstable people, drug addicts etc.Instead the cops wait until some bad happens then bleed the family dry,send them to jail to only comeout worse off.How much tax money do we pay for jails and prisons.in each county we should have very good mental heath and drug house rehabes.the ones they do have are very unproductive.More tax money should go there instead of having more cops then cows.
