There is a large pond directly behind the GIANT food store in Limerick. Is this body of water open to the public for fishing and if so are you allowed to put a small canoe in the water ?

Idk i live very close to there and all I know is that it is a man made lake so there are probobly no fish in it

I saw a man fishing in waders there the other day. he was waist deep and fishing toward the drain near the 10th ave and supercuts driveway. I've seen surface splashes now and again. Was thinking about wetting a line here too. Maybe just a worm on a bobber... just to see if anything takes it...
