Montco Woman Convicted of 120 Animal Cruelty Offenses

Montgomery County prosecutors get a conviction in an animal cruelty case that dates back nearly two years.

i did not live at the house, all dogs had licenses, vet care, and i had proof of it, but christopher langiotti, manager of the perkiomenville spca, made the wrong assumption and thought that i lived there but i did not. it started there, all false accusations were put in the paper, once it was put out there to the public there was no returning on their part. they continued to lie on me, including ed bunt, dog warden. he claimed he asked for proof of care on my pets, yet he never spoke to me because i could have produced everything. now that the public has heard their lies, and beings that they are law enforcers, people choose to believe them. again, i did NOT live at that house, it was being sold and i was there helpin a friend empty it out. i received a phone call from chris askin me to meet him there wit my pets, i agreed believing all would go well. they took my pets and while in their care, one by one they are putting them down for no reason at all. the pets are healthy but older and in good shape and should not be put down. that is the worst cruelty i ever heard of in my life. i have provin that chris langiotti has lied. cruelty charges were dropped. having a kennel without a license was dropped. but now to make their self look good, they refuse to give them back even though i had vet care on ALL and now they seek restitution fees when it was their cruel choice to keep them against my wishes. i am not the only victim of mistakes of actions of the spca's. i have spotted many while searching throught the internet. yet it continues on. these are my personal pets ive had since they were babies. some were puppies i was finding homes for but before i could do so, chris langiotti took them. and now that ive asked for my own personal pets, not the new puppies, to be given back after proving how much i cared for them, because of the publicity, they refuse to do the right thing and give them back even though ive proved that i cared for them and was NEVER cruel to ANY animal in my life. they dont care about my pets hearts that they would like to be back with me, they only care about how their spca looks to the public. if you have any comments or advice or help please contact email me at [e-mail] or the spca's. thankyou

I doubt that the dogs all had licenses, and even if they were, you did NOT have a license to run a kennel. The first vet care you owe to animals in your care is to spay or neuter them so that they do not in breed, that is unless you are creating a new breed of club-foot collies! If that house was being sold you did a great disservice to the owner of the house by letting those dogs pee and poop all over it. If you did not live at that house you probably should not have housed the dogs there since that means that they were not exercised as much as a border collie should be. I know for a fact that the SPCA would not put any of those dogs down without a real reason.

You have NO clue what went on in that house or with the SPCA! All the dogs were not mine...i dont need to explain to someone who just wants to listen to the SPCA like they do nothing wrong when really they do. Like I said if anyone else has opinions or help respond to my previous comment thanks
