That sucks! I wouldn't drive a truck across a lake even in the dead of winter.

Get the truck out of the water, let the stupid fishermen drown. Nature's way of weeding out the weak and stupid.

What are people thinking. Gonna cost him a real pretty penny to get that truck out of the lake. Stupid.

The truck is not lost... it's just wet! There are plenty of good recovery divers out there who would be happy to seperate these guys from their savings accounts to get the truck out. I'm glad the fisherman are alive, but sorry that they're not smart.

it won't cost this moron a thing, it was a state truck. DNR employee. You the tax payer will pay for it. Thus proving most state workers are idiots.

Hey. Does anyone have more information on this story? I run a shop in Grantsburg, WI and we have been in business for over 23 years. We have done plenty of ice recoverys and have never failed to pull one out yet. We are wondering if they would like our assistance on this. We also work with insurance agencies and we charge a reasonable rate. If you have any information on this, please email us at autofix@grantsburgtelcom.net
or call us at 17154635275. Thank you.
