"Inside the Jeep, officers discovered several opened containers of cold beer and a New Mexico Alcohol and Gaming Server certificate identifying Peralta."

Obviously he knew he was above the legal limit and he had open containers of alcohol in the car. Take this waiter's certificate from him, he is in no way suitable to serve the public alcohol. Time to look for a job at one of the local call centers, sonny.

hEY, he's certified. Very qualified. Comforting.

Most liquor servers (male or female) I have known are very sincere party monsters after hours.

Don't bust his chops.

Someone way over-served him.

He's so screwed and
he knows it.

Jail, fines, lawyers, no job.
Gotta a couple of Excedrin?

Yup....a call center on a bus route.

Michael Phillip Peralta should immediately apply for a job at MVEDA.
Their executive director can be legally drunk in his BMW, T-bone a woman's car at an intersection, cause injuries, be out of state and receive the full support of his straw boss and lame board.
At least Mr. Peralta didn't injure someone and have his case swept under the rug...despite being paid by public money.
Davin and MVEDA are a public disgrace for the way the entire stinky event is being handled. A committee is organizing to fish this out.
In the meantime, Michael Phillip Peralta should remember the MVEDA connection when his case is heard.

Kudos to you for bringing up the Davin issue. People need not forget this stinky situation that he has gotten himself into. It is so true that Davin and MVEDA are a public disgrace. They can try as hard as they would like to sweep it under the rug but there will always be people brave enough to bring it back up as a topic of discussion.

He was always a trouble maker, he's served time in jail over and over and he still lives this type of life consumed by drugs and alcohol. It's sad! he has a new born baby girl who needs a father, not a drunken man in house. lock him up. put him away. do anything. but he will never change. he loves that life and he wont give it up. what he really needs is a drug and alcohol rehab! Anyone can look into his beautifully light colored eyes and see that that man is wild and scared. he always said "no one knows your struggle". he lost his mom and his dad isn't the greatest guiding hand. he needs someone to help him.
