If it's "unconstitutional" in the rest of the
country,it should be unconstitutional in Bergen Co.
too.Virginia repealed it's "Blue Laws" in 1988.
Religion is a personal matter, and the constitution
forbids "respecting an establishment of religion"
as well as preventing the "free excercise thereof".

i find rhese blus laws stupid. this law is a paramus law not to go pray.the residents of this town are very selfish self centerd people. none of you dont go to willowbrook or palisades center in west nyack on sunday and dont cause traffic on route 46 or routes 303 and approved having five malls and garden state plaza to expand. routes 4 and 17 are main arteries to other nj points and nyc not just the malls. is it fair all year round that all the other mall workers have to work on sundays and the paramus workers are off. look at christmas its worse. this coming christmas is on saturday so paramus will be closed two days, paramus residents think about this instead of yourselves.
