They should not be testing any one student at all. They are not law enforcement; They are supposedly educators.

The Public School Systems are good, but the the small group of people that have corrupted the Public Schools are working hard to ensure that Government Public education is completely dismantled. The Founders of the United States felt it necessary to educate the people, so that the wealthy, the elite, any group attempting to do so, can not have complete control of the people. This small group of infiltraters have to be told, need to be told, should be told, to just stay out of peoples' lifes.

If school officials suspect someone of drinking, the only thing they can do is call law enforcement and the parents if it happens to be a student.

Mister Schnitt....a parent may serve their kid booze at any age. A parent may bring the same kid into a saloon and hand him a beer. This is the real law. Now, this same kid can't go running back to the bar on his own time to have a beer. That is against the law. Hey...I listen alot....keep up your efforts....Bill
