Return Census form sooner rather than later

The census asks for too much personal information. The form should be streamlined so that birth dates, income, signatures, etc. are not part of the form. In this day and age when identity theft is rampant, an individual has to use extreme caution and have some legal assurances that the information cannot be viewed by the general public. In other states we've lived, voter registration for EVERYONE went through the Division of Motor Vehicles, and that agency kept track of who had a driver's license, how many cars were registered, how many had valid insurance and how many of those drivers were voters. AND you could not register a vehicle without a valid state driver's license and proper insurance. The voter registration cards were mailed to the address on your driver's license or whatever address was on other documentation required to receive a voter registration card.
