Well it did close down roads, & even the businesses of downtown Decorah. People were told not to come into town. People in Ossian were told to stay off the street as the motorcade came through even with the Secret Service showing their guns. Like we are all a bunch of terrorists out to get the president? We the tax payers paid for this extravaganza.
