I had something like that happen to me here in Michigan but I still don't have my daughter back. I kept my 2 sons but the state took my daughter and you wouldn't believe the hell she has been through the last 2 years. I see her every other weekend but she wants to be home with her Mom and brothers. I can't wait to find a good attorney and sue the State. If anyone out there knows someone in Michigan whom would be interested in this lovely case email me @ [email protected]
So sorry to hear this is happening to other children. Us as parents are devistated but its the children this effects the most.
God Bless your Family

there is something very wrong with a system that will return children to parents who have beaten them, abused them, neglected them, and abandoned them, but will take children away from parents who have bath time pictures of their kids.
How anyone can look at the photos and determine that these are sexually abused children is beyond me. Something is really wrong with the detective who decided that they were "provocative/erotic" pictures....FIRST OF ALL, the kids are smiling and laughing and having a great time....this should be a CLUE to the idiot detective that when kids are FORCED to pose for nude sex pictures, THEY RARELY LAUGH AND SMILE ABOUT IT! Good gawd, someone needs to send these idiots to a real vice squad somewhere where they have a PERSPECTIVE that's REAL...because it sounds like someone just put a bug in their ear from WALMART, and they ran like lemmings with it over the cliff! Anyone with an ounce of common sense could see this was not child pornography....and I hope these parents sue the crap out of every one of those people and teach them a good lesson. Stupidity is no excuse, and neither can they claim ignorance. They are PAID EMPLOYEES who supposedly are trained to know the difference....apparently they slept through the child sexual molestation class that day, and don't know squat about their jobs. They should be fired. The walmart employee should be fired as well. I can appreciate reporting OBVIOUS sexual pictures of a naked male with children, or something of that nature....but to ASSUME that bath time with siblings and mom and dad laughing and playing with them is INSANE! The police really had no case...and yet kids were taken away on someone's INTERPETATION OF PICTURES...not on fact...
If I didn't know better, I'd think that this family might have been targeted for some reason by someone, and this was a set up....because I can't believe there are that many stupid people working for children's services....if this is true...that there are this many stupid people working in children's services, then parents everywhere should DEMAND a complete overhaul of this system...
HOW DARE THEY emotionally traumatize this family....over bathtime photos...good lord...
I suppose now, the sunny beach days where babies go topless are going to be held in question? Or perhaps when little ones shed their diapers and run naked on the beach...is that going to be suspect too?
People in Peoria should look at their city and ask them selves if this Nazi-esque government is what they want to "feel safe"....
If it was me, I'd give them all a whole lot of free advertizing...
such as, "DON"T MOVE HERE...they WILL TAKE YOUR KIDS AWAY" ...."NOT A GREAT PLACE TO RAISE KIDS"...etc.
I also would move away, and not tell a soul where I moved from...it's like having been from hell.
I am praying for this family....They need to make sure that all charges are EXPUNGED from their records and there is NOTHING that follows them...
I hope they sue the bastards for so much money that the city goes bankrupt...maybe some people will eventually wise up and act like human beings.

There’s a legal obligation to report suspicious photos but where’s the mandate to train & certify that the employees and the investigators are qualified to make a proper distinction between a crime and a stimulus response.
