So totally YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!
Guess I'm unsophisticated. I've never even heard that term.
I don't think Travis was sexually sophisticated either.
I don't believe all of that voice on the tape was his.
I tried to listen to some of it. i didn't find it all that
scintillating. I remember them talking about business
and singing songs. It seemed very immature to me.
She was leading him down the path. He had no idea
he was being recorded.

To me, their sex life was boring. If you're so simple that braided hair is adventurous to you (rolls eyes).
I looked at her during the last day and I'm sorry, but I don't see anything interesting, sexy or sizzling about her. People must have some low standards for beauty. Frankly, she looked crazy like
Sybil (Sally Fields) to me.

From one of the nasty text messages sent to Jodi by TA, he accuses her of trying to harm him by unloading (sharing) her problems, he then texts words about struggling to save his house and his business and doesn't need all this drama from her.
I believe defense needs to focus on the state of the economy in June 2008 -- the real estate market was crashing in sunbelt states like AZ. Did TA buy his house with no money down? Had he taken a home equity loan on its increased value (during bubble)? Was his house in active foreclosure?
PPL lawsuits were hitting -- class action lawsuits were being filed by groups of unhappy former sales associates. Some state district attorneys were filing lawsuits accusing PPL of being a pyramid scheme. New sales recruits must have been getting harder to bamboozle. The wolves were definitely at the door for TA.
Well, you know, i've always heard to "follow the money" and I think his financial state was not explored.
He may have gotten an interest only loan with little or no money down. That means he was basically renting and by that I mean he was not paying on the principal, just the interest. Many people got suckered into that scenario by unscrupulous mortgage bankers.

Travis was not sophisticated or crafty enough to stall JoHo while he readied himself for the Cancun trip. He should have told her that he was coming and stalled for time. Oh, baby, I had car trouble all the while planning and escaping to Cancun. Then, while at Cancun and safely away from her crazy a $$ he should have had cameras installed inside and out, locks changed or better yet, a move to a location unknown to her. She was way too comfortable coming and going in and out of his house. Maybe he even left a window in his office open for her to "ninja" in after hours. There was apparently a screen taken off the window by his office on that visit in June 2008.

I saw an ad by Chris and Skye Hughes and how PPL allowed them to work from home and raise their son. If Travis had been employed a real employer, he wouldn't have even been home on that Wed.

More of your made up fiction. You must be a frustrated writer, trying out some of your scenarios on here. No harm, no foul.

Will you at least entertain that the whole crime scene was a set-up from the get-go? I also think the investigative team must have not been the best. It seems the case was bungled from the beginning.
Do you have a Revolver within reach at night?
Don't tell me that you have a Glock or similar
piece. Home defense is about not looking or
fumbling around for a firearm, nor some female
trying to de-activate a safety. Dark house,
keep a defensive position, immediately dial 911,
if possible keep bedroom door locked at night.

Good point, on a strategy for a burglar not arming
himself with one of you firearms and surprising you
when you come home.

Big Girl, do not become "I am Texan Overconfident"
I doubt if there's a husband with you, but do you have
a decent guard dog at home.

Negative as to crime scene being a set up. Those
Mesa PD Dets are real pros...this crime scene was not
that complicated, nor was the murder ... looks like the
only staging was her positioning the body and that was
where she washed him

Believe what you like. I sleep next to a trained killer, sniper proficient
tall muscular guy. We go to the range and fire all the weapons. We both know how to load
weapons. He clued me into the T area across the face for kill shots. If you have a knife,
you go for the abdomen.

I have had to fight a tall man (not my husband) hand to hand and came out alive. He choked me, I pushed him off of me with my heels. He grabbed one and started beating me. I had a glass in my hand and came close to using it as a weapon. There were other people there and no one called the cops. He and I worked at the same place, so I ran into him from time to time. The people who witnessed it moved away. That would be considered something that happened suddenly.
He was a drug user and not a boyfriend.

Personally, I do not like Glocks. I actually prefer revolvers sometimes, but I love shooting a 9 mm.
When I was single, I slept with a loaded 9 shot 22 revolver after I had a break in. I also carried it in my bag when I went in at night and put it in my coat pocket if I went out after dark.

OMG, CNN is having a special deal on the HoJo trial.

Doubt if TA was sexually sophisticated, he was hung and had stamina per what has come out, not a smooth hypnotic lover.
She was though, and could lock and squeeze, mesmerize, keep eye
contact, sultry vocals

She had her own unique beauty, most guys see it, but women do
not...much has to do with Caucasian women's bias and self
delusions ... why so many handsome and successful professional Caucasian males with Asians ... then regular Joe white guys with Latinas

Jody was not predisposed to kill, nor kill for profit, nor kill for sadistic pleasure

As I type, Nancy Grace now on, old clip, emphasizing JA's sultry beauty...now JVN, describing her as demure, beautifull, soft spoken
hybridlment

You continue to surprise and impress me. Got it down on this one.
Hell, maybe you are for real, but just with a Wicked Mind or would Wit be a more accurate term. Perhaps you are a genetic girl, but you said a lot that raised doubts.

*******

One of the first 9mm in police service was the S&W (Model 39?),
9 shot clip, double action...LAPD was one of the last mega
PD's to switch from revolvers to semi-automatics back in the
80's.

I keep hearing this stuff, about babes being married to trained killers/former snipers...Seems to be the latest bullshit in voque.
The girl may even believe the guy's BS ... some of these guys were clerks in the Military or not even in the military ... I have encountered some of these imposters over the years ... a lot of their resume is vaque .. the deal now, is guys go for the fit lean/muscled look, imitate bad asses of various stripes .. back in the day, guys were claiming to be mobbed up and dumb ass women believing them

I just posted to perhaps you being real and now read this. Hell, you have to be fifty years of age, have been convalescing at home, watching HBO ... you do have some knowledge of mental health, perhaps work in the field.

I'm calling BS on you fighting off a male co-worker, someone would have gone to jail in Texas
