I think America is starting to find that the bad apple analogy is backwards.

He'll get slap on the wrist and be back on the streets. The only difference between cops and crooks is on which side of the bars they are. One is government sponsored violence and the other justifies the first. A vicious cycle of week minded psychopaths, and the people become victims of both.

He was just trying to restrain her before she could run away. Then he arrests her. Looks OK to me...

FYI: The 15 year old had just beat up the mother and teacher and was serving alcoholic drinks to other students from a water bottle.

Which justifies police violence of course....against a 15 year old girl !
Why didn't your hero just shoot her?
America is a developing country when it comes to crime and sub-standard police officers.
You should be very grateful for your many excellent police officers, not be protective of the psychopats amongst them. The screening quality of police candidates is probably on a third world level. Sorry to confront you with your short comings.....

It does not look ok to me, but then I am not used to unneccessary violence amongst our police officers who deal with the problems in
our streets even unarmed.

when the police do an internal investigation - it is done by their own peers. They only listen to their own side and refuse to hear any other side of the story. They will lie like crazy to protect themselves. A lot of us know what I say is true.

Where is the justice? This guy is a total jerk.

What a crock of defecation - Why is it we have to have these special memorials for law enforcement. Does that mean they are much, much MORE special because we give them godlike status with this type of BS all the time? What is the difference between a cop that dies in the line of duty and a convenience store clerk?

Whenever a convenience store clerk dies in a robbery, do all of the convenience stores close down and all the clerks show up at the funeral to pay their respects? No, you know why? Its not taxpayers that are funding it.

Stick the LE memorial up your behind. The only time they are doing me any favors is if they round up the illegals and send them back home, but federal government refuses to enforce immigration law and won't let the states do it.

There is even more to it than that. Whenever they beat someone up or kill somebody they get a administrative leave which is a paid vacation while its being investigated.

Then if he's guilty (and he won't be unless its on tape), its the taxpayers that pick up the tab in a humongous civil suit. The scumbags are immune from prosecution. They can do whatever they want and the taxpayers pay for it. Which is what makes the USA a police state. The list of abuses is endless and most people don't have any idea, simply because they are horrendously underinformed.

Which tragic facts of course will tell us that all is ok and no reason to point any fingers to police violence!

You have created a society that acts that way. Who to blame other
than yourselves - "The people"...? You have got the police regime you have asked for, haven't you?

This means that the police department needs to be cleaned up and we should try and put decent police on the force. Police are given the authority to judge themselves - which is a very bad idea, because the average citizen does not have a chance. There should be an outside investigation - as the police lie and lie to protect themselves. If you do not have a crime on tape the average joe will always lose. The police are the ones who lie and lie and lie. Ask anyone who has encountered any problem with these jerks even if you have evidence against them - they get away with it with immunity. Sometimes I wonder who is worse the police or the one who commited the crime.

where did you hear she was serving alcoholic drinks to other students? Yes ,she did assault her teacher and mom but that is still no reason for the cops excessive force against her.

The police are not meant to get personal, what ever set that situation off is not an excuse to push the girl around. They are meant to be impartial and to sort it out, not set about the 'perpetrator'. Rodney King was a victim, that police officer was not being professional at all.

You know why things like this happen? You know why, we can't stop it? Because people like you guys sit around on a computer, and have a pointless argument about it, if your not going to do something about it. Would you kindly, keep your unneeded, and pointless comments to yourselves. This is allowed to happen, because 90% of this country only thinks about themselves. WE have no unity left, and we see how people from other countries act? We used to lead by example, now we let crooked oil tycoons be our presidents, roll over, and let them stick it to us. So, YOUR tired of the BS? Well here is what you do, go DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! This country used to be respected, and great. The oh SO GREAT "Constitution" everyone uses when they need it, might as well be burned, and threw in the trash. Why? BECAUSE people like this cop, does what he wants when he wants, and we do nothing. We sit, and we watch, argue about it on a computer? What are you afraid you might lose your job? Can't feed your kids? Look around people, its already happening, and all you do is sit, and argue on a damn computer. Poser Americans make me want to vomit, and those of you who want to preach "wrong doing". Yet, you are still sitting on your rear in front of this computer. Your cowards, all of you, our founding fathers gave up their jobs completely, and DIED to make this country about freedom. Yet, you guys are too scared to even get up off your ass, and do something about it. Afraid your going to miss the football game? Gonna miss your soaps? Most likely, and knowing this country. You still won't do anything. You will continue to hold that shade over your eyes, and when we have nothing. It won't be your fault, but it damn sure wont be the ones like you who die for something they believe in. Will it?
