I still wear T shirts dating back to the mid 90's. Use to go to a lot of conferences and they gave shirts out almost non-stop. Most have the year printed on them somewhere.

So not just 20 years old -- 20 years without needing to buy shirts

Their underwear must be made of a durable synthetic fabric.
I don't think that all natural cotton could stand up to seven years of wash and wear and that much hot air,,,
assuming that they are being properly washed.
