You didn't read the story very well. It stated that the bow snapped off in five foot waves!
No it didn't. If you look real hard you can see that the bumpers are bobbing in the water hooked to the boat. Their black.

I was on the ferry and the crew took the debris very seriously. My blood ran cold to see them pull the life jacket on board, and even worse, they found a child's game floating in the water. I saw very very grim faces. The size of the debris was shocking, and it was clear something bad had happened to a big ship.
The Express captain pointed out to the passengers,...sorry for the delay, but if it were YOU in the water, you'd be glad we were looking...
I was very impressed with the professional behavior of all the staff. Well done, Express!

No, it was me and my brother on the boat, and the waves were 40 feet easy. The winds were blowing 80 or 90 mph out of the north, and we waited 8 days for rescue. No, really.

You are a VERY DISRESPECTFUL PERSON! The young man who has posted their name as "the crew" is telling the truth! He was on the 65ft yacht that sank last Tuesday with his father.

How old were they? I understand it was father & son, I have a teenaged son & imagine if it was him he might never get on a boat again? Heck, I'm 40+ and if it was me, I mighgt never get on a boat again. Did the 2 seem ok? No injuries?
