So what that idiot judge is saying, is that when a woman wants to feel feminine and wear a skirt for the day, she better watch out for herself because the court system says it's O.K. for perverts to do whatever they want. I can't believe they sided with a pervert over a victim. Who was that idiot judge anyway?

so does that mean if I wear a skirt and I see a hand with a mirror I can shoot it off? I think so!!!! Same right as he has to try to look up my skirt.
Now what if it is a young child wearing a skirt or dress? As long as he doesn't take pictures, which would be kiddy porn, does he have a right to look up her skirt? Please don't let former teacher Brian Presken get a way with this. You are setting a bad example to all of the creeps that they can come to Pensacola and they will not get punished!
Article where I read this! Have not heard about it in Pensacola.
http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/624...

And you, defense attorney Katheryne Snowden, may have won a small victory in court but I hope you have children that are girls/women. I hope they ask you about this and you have to explain why his rights to look up their skirts are more important than their right to privacy under their skirts!

It is not feminist that are up in arms about this ruling. It is mothers, daughters, decent people and those who care more about the rights of victims than creeps like this guy!

Please feel free to contact Judge George J. Roark III who agreed with the defense attorney and dismissed the charge.

Please feel free to contact the pensacola news journal at PNJ.com and ask them why this was not in the paper if it was just posted on this guys website May 20, 2008.
There seems to be a lot of WHYS here. Why don't you guys quit arguing the supposed law and instead argue how we can get this type of people locked up and off the streets so our families can go into a book store and feel safe! Think about that store. It has a huge childrens section! Mr. Judge and Defense attorney take your kids/grandkids there and feel safe why dont you!

A woman should not have to fear someone taking the premeditated action of using a mirror and looking up her dress or skirt.

If a woman is wearing a skirt and the wind blows it up, no, a man is not a pervert for looking then. But stalking woman in a store for the sole purpose of going 'upskirt' should be a crime and should be punished. This age of voyeurism has got to be limited back to common sense.

If this is allowed to stand, then what is wrong with him sticking a mirror over or under a dressing room stall and looking.

Where are the feminist groups protesting this! They should be out at the courthouse! The man doesn't deserve to fry, but he does deserve to be tried as a criminal.

This is a very dangerous decision.

If anyone ever did that to my daughter or sister. They'd be diggin' that mirror out of one of their sphincter's on their body. What a total loser, and what an idiot Judge. I'm amazed. So, under a skirt is not considered a private area? In my book it is, and any pervert who tries to humiliate a woman or child with a look with a mirror or anything else, would be in a lot of pain after I was finished.

Only in Florida!!
Let me try to use some logic in this-something our judges apparently are unable to do.
The woman goes into a public place, wearing a dress to conceal her naked body because it is illegal to walk around nude in public. This judge is saying this woman has no right to privacy in public and we, the public have a right to view this women's (formerly called) private areas? Why can't the next time I visit that book store and see an attractive woman, demand she show me her private parts because she has no right to privacy. What if that woman aggrees to show me(and all around me) her private parts. Has she broken any law? Come on, judges-Think!
I would think this perverted teacher comes from some prominant family. If he had been some bum he would have been thrown in jail and never heard from again.

Get reel you paranoid freaks. So what if he looked up a skirt, the only reason he done this was to look at the panties, it has nothing to do with the lady who's skirt he looks up. It's about the fabric and style of underwear the lady has on. Get a life you bunch of Hollywood fucking wives and quit trying to turn this in-to a child thing.
I like skirt's, women should wear them more often. It complements your legs and body girls. By the way Bill, It has nothin to do with the girls private area. Nudity is so fucking boring and pointless. You see one naked lady you have seen them all.
Underwear is a style all of it's own and 90% of it is designed by men for men to look at. Skirts are a complement to this, there is nothing more pathetic then a lady in a trousers or jeans. The Judge was right, deal with it.

By the way ladie's, if you don't want us to stare at your beautiful well formed breasts. quit wearing tops that plunge below the neckline, pointless flipping argument. I'm an artist who works in oils and arcylic. I also photograph people, mostly women comming from the beach in their Bikini's. Most off them topless and they don't care if i snap them or not.
Get a life people, a skirt is just a piece of fabric that complements a womens body. So what if i get a glimpse of your panties. The concept is much better then reality. Lingerie rules people.
The Judge was right, stop trying to censor everything in life.
Actually guys get a life.

Mabe my opinions are wrong and mabe everyone else is right. i'm just saying that the judge came to a decission. Is that not why we hire them, to make the difficult decissions. Sorry if i upset anyone.

The judge is a liar. It's a violation of the Fourth Amendment's protection against unlawful search, and an intrusion upon one's protected interest in privacy. These facts are taught in criminal law classes all over this great nation.

i agree with gold manic. the short skirt was invented and is worn for a reason. if the lady wears one she plays the game and if she doesnt want to play, well, she can just wear her jeans, i guess. and those that dont want to play may as well not buy the panties either. we can do without them ...

Seems to me an important distinction is being ignored in these blogs. If the woman who was
up-skirted was a fat ugly pig then yes the guy
is a weirdo, pervert etc., but come on what man
doesn't want to look up a woman's skirt ? Hell
when I was in the 6th grade a couple of girls would teasingly raise their jumper (Catholic school) skirt and none of us thought they were sluts or I was a pervert. Lets get real folks.

I think women who expose then selfs to wearing these clothes are trouble causes all just for the fun of it.

I think women need to understand that if they where a short skirt and know a man is looking then don't bother going out anywear. There's worse things llike people getting murderd.

"I can't believe they sided with a pervert over a victim" You wouldn't believe the things that go on in Bay County.

A pervert working for a Bay County woman was looking for more than a construction job and when the woman turned him down he sued her for breach of contract and won!
