Bill would ban plastic shopping bags by 2010

Assemblymen Herb Conaway and Jack Conners have introduced a bill that would phase out plastic shopping bags, eventually eliminating them by 2010.

Good move,
These bags are ugly (highways), and they contribute to global warming

Next thing to ban: disposable diapers (promote cloth)
