Proof positive that ANYONE who feels sorry for those losing their homes due to the subprime fiasco is freakin CRAZY! This guy got the damn house for free and can't keep up with the maintenance. What could anyone have been thinking when they took on a mortgage they couldn't afford? What in God's name is happening to this country?

I always wondered if the taxes would go up as they go by assessed value. Taxes on a broken down home were way less than on a brand new custom home.

He owed so much money from the heart operation and bill collectors are ruthless ba stards!

All teens (15 to 19) according to this link.
