amazing the article calls Philadelphia a more affluent area. And they go to the worst areas in Camden, there are people in Camden that take pride in there homes and that do work and make a honest living. Half the addicts come from the suburbs that is probably who is eating out the trash i dont see all that on a regular it depends where you go.
