anyone have a ticket and they truely, are innocent better get a lawyer! i have this crazy story on how they sand bag people and take away your rights in pennsauken nj. my partner got a speeding ticket doin 82 in a 50 . he/she is not a speeder in the least. well when we went to court they asked if we were guilty or not. we plead not of course. the leutenant said he knew the officer who wrote the ticket and he wouldnt lie. so they posted a new court date . we went back to let our case be heard and the officer didnt show up. the judge wrote the first time on his notes if the officer didnt show move to dismiss. well when we got there the luetenant from last time was there , but his buddy wasnt so dismiss right? i think not. he tried calling him and he said he couldnt make it because he was out somewhere....so i seen the leutenant get huffy and puffy cause he knew it would have to be dismissed so he went and talked to the prosecuter, he came before the judge and said the officer who issued the ticket was out sick , the judge went on break and the leutenant went right behind him , i cant say what was said i wasnt there but then the judge came back out and said since the officer didnt show he would have to reschedule, you tell me this leutenant isnt trying purposely and using his job status to sandbag us in court . if you think you have rights in court you do not , well at least in pennsauken that is. watch out ....they are in it together in pennsauken like a police/court mafia .

Do you know how much revenue Pennsauken court generates? Towns are afraid to raise taxes given the current ecomonic climate. They go on a ticket frenzy instead!

well to batter innocent people is just ludacris! and unjust. shall i recite the pledge of allegance , one nation under god indivisable with liberty an ''JUSTICE'' for all. no justice being done here unless its for their own pockets. im so sick and tired of these small towns beating down the people who make the town what it is. with out the tax payers there would be no town....or town hall, police departmants , judges, leutenants, or anything else.
