Lets face it Pennsauken is changing. The people moving in have a different value system. Should I stay and listen to dogs barking at all hours? Loud parties every weekend in the summer? Kids and those loud mufflers? Car alarms going off 2x a week? The rooster yes you read it right the rooster crowing in suburbia? Should I embrace the diversity above and stay or be a racist and admit that I don't want to live around Black and Spanish people and leave?

For your own safety you should probably leave. Sounds like the people moving in have no value system at all! The loud 'music' would be reason enough to move!
