But, Abel had not turned his life around. Let's look at the facts. He was 3 times the legal limit of drunk at the time of the incident. And under the influence of methamphetamines also. Puking in Ron's yard prior to returning and threatening Ron. That sure sounds like someone who has turned their life around...from what?
What was his sister, who happened to be on probation herself, doing giving her brother alcohol? She should be in trouble too.
The other boy is also in a family involved in drug activity. His sister was recently arrested for traffiking; so you cannot believe everything he has to say about that night.
Abel had already been chased away fom Ron's house once the same night. And he returned with back-up the second time and in the middle of the night. That does not sound like anyone not looking for trouble. He was definitely up to no good. They were threatening and there were other people there too. They had Ron surrounded. He felt he had no choice. Abel was coming at with his fists raised at Ron when he fired. Raising the gun in the air to fire at that point would probably have made the chance that Ron was the one hurt more likely. He defended himself. That's it. He doesn't want a prize. He simply wants what he has always wanted, to live his life without harrassment.

Not one of the supporters of Abel has a single post that does not have numerous grammar or spelling errors. So from what I can tell social Darwinism has occurred and the gene pool is better off. Thank God Abel did not have children that would have been a wasted welfare check.
