Another cigarette tax hike could help Kentucky budget, Beshear says

Gov. Steve Beshear suggested Tuesday another hike in the cigarette tax could be part of a solution to solving the state's grim budget outlook and help reduce smoking .

Well, it looks like everytime there is money needed for something, They just go to the same old thing to raise taxes on to get what they want and it's always Cigarette tax. Why can't they find something else to pick on for taxes sometime?Like cutting all the Big Wheels payroll back so much per person and they would have all the money they needed then.They are all over paid anyway!
