Venetian Festival brings summer to unofficial end

The lakefront festival, which is sponsored by the Lake Geneva Jaycees and is a major fundraiser for several civic organizations, usually draws tens of thousands of people to Library, Seminary and Flat Iron parks over its five days.

Why was the Ski Show, Boat Light Display and Fireworks done on Sunday night with everyone having to work Monday, Saterday night would have been much better and everyone off Sunday!!
I hope next year in changed

Yeah they always do things on Sunday evening.. Just when all the Vistors have to go home to get ready for Work..

Our Economy depends on Visitors/Tourist so why is this program not set up to benefit them ?
Without them, we wouldn't have such programs...Duh!
