So this guy "tried" to lure a girl into having sex. Wow. For this he could get life. In the meantime we let ax murderers back on the street after a couple of years behind bars. Maybe the dysfunction in Albany right now isn't such a bad thing if this is the best we can hope for from those idiots when things are "normal."
