flower Ashland, KY	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Feb 13, 2012 I ran accross a story from Brandon about this man attempting to kidnap a young mother at knifepoint last fall-does anyone know the disposition of this case? Does anyone know anything about this man? The story said he had been charged 3X with sexual assault, but I could not find him on Mississippi's Sex offender list....does anyone know why? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hopefully it's still waiting trial. What a bizarre and scary story it was. http://www.wlbt.com/story/15385714/attempted-... He had been only "charged" with sex crimes, so without a conviction on them, he's not going to be on the SOR.

He went to grand jury and was misstrial! This guy is crazy and if he gets out he will hurt someone

He has not yet faced trial in the kidnapping and aggravated assault case, which occurred September 2011.
