What do you all think of the customer service here in Pecos? Honestly!

I really no problem in reference to customer service at any of our local stores. I do not shop at the Home Depot any longer because their customer service is terrible Sometimes when I run into one of the Allsup's Store there might be a what I call a kid working at the store. Now sometime I have noticed that individual appears that they would rather be somewhere else besides at the Allsup's and their customer service is not always that great. Most of the other stores here in Pecos I have no problem with the service that I receive.

Wow! Have heard different from alot of other people about customer service at restaurants, and stores.

I do not have a problem with local owned business when it comes to customer service, but non local business I do. Verizon is one and Trans Pecos banks is getting there too. On a softer note, if you greet people nicely you will be treated nicely, but if you go into any place with a shitty attitude expect rudness. Its only human. Do unto others as you would like done unto you.

I guess I should have stated in my previous statement that I do have a problem with Trans Pecos Bank. I just recently went into the bank for to do some business. When I first entered into the bank it seemed like the bank was empty and I am referring to the employee's that I observed inside the bank. There was one teller working and the line was long. I observed maybe two or three other employee's inside the bank. I do not know if the rest of the bank employee's were moved upstairs or maybe that was all the employee's that were working that day. I waited in line to do my business with the one teller that was duty for probably 30 minutes before I finally made it to the front of the line. I do not know if the bank has anymore teller's or maybe they were on break or vacation but it took forever to finally make my way to the front of the line. There were also a large amount of customer's in line behind me. I know that within the past year the bank has cut the staff. Last December they layed off I believe 11 or 12 bank employee's and now there are five or six bank employee's that are taking the early retirement package that was offered to them. I just hope that the bank replaces some of the staff that has already departed from the bank and the ones that are departing at the end of year. I guess after saying all of this the customer service at the bank was not very good and hopefully it will improve.

I have noticed you walk into dollar general and there are two sometimes three cashiers and one register open an a long line of customers but no one goes to open another register.

of course buddy, it takes all 2 or 3 employees to count the money in that one register!!!! imagine how many they would have to hire if they opened up any more? they need to close the dollar stores down!!!! people should get real jobs so they can afford walmart stuff or better!!!!
