wow and if he had pleaded guilty he could have got probation. Very sad! What is the worst part is that he goes around town talking about everyone that testified against him... and he went around spreading rumors about other officers. All because he got caught! But he forgot to say that his inmate boyfriend was among the ones testifing against him. So very sad!

corrections officer not at the Reeves County Detention Center thank goodness.
I have to say I am glad they are doing time, I work hard and the officers that are dirty make my job even harder.
I think they didn't get enough time!
If they bring in contraband or have relationships with inmates they should do 10-20 so others would think about it before they get caught up in the web the inmates have.

I think you misunderstood...I think it is sad that he got pulled into that mess...not that he is going to prison. I think it is sad that he wants to drag good people threw the mud. He did wrong and he should be a man and not try to hurt others with his lies. He did what he did and he has been judged. I wish nothing bad for anyone...It is his life and he has to live with the decisions he made. To be honest you should be more mad at the facility for letting it go on then the people doing it. He nor anyone else would have been prosicuted if it was up to the county or the facility. They have time and time again sweep it under the rug and simply walked them out of the facility with no charges. I have heard so much rumors about so many people that work or have worked out there. ALOT of it I KNOW FOR A FACT IS NOT TRUE... so what is gossip and the truth. I think people shouldn't gossip about someone until they see it in the news. It ruins peoples lives here in Pecos. LIVE AND LET LIVE!

Can u not read? Come on chief... read what I wrote and then make an intelligent comment. I WROTE IN ALL CAPS "ALOT OF IT I KNOW FOR A FACT IS NOT TRUE" I also said he was already judged...not my me by a judge...but if he knows how it feels to be gossiped about why is he going around talking about others? He has written shit on this forum about other peeps. He should think about it...he says everything comes back to a person 10 fold right? Well maybe that is why all of this is happening to him. KARMA! He should keep his mouth shut about everyone else! He says everyone lied on him... I dont think so. He is the one lieing about people. So like Guzman said what goes around comes around...Karma is a bitch!

Trust me when I day that he would not have gotten probation... I plead guilty to a lesser charge of receiving a gratuity and was sentenced to 5 months federal time... Yes it may have been a lesser sentence but in a federal case it is almost impossible to receive probation trust me...

when u get a job like that don't forget the type of people u are taking care of. they have had all the chances in the world to change, but ended up in prison. they don't care when they are in there what they have to do to manipulate the jailers to get from the outside. what!? isolations, more months!? so what!? all they want is to see a sign of weakness and u are caught. yes respect them as people but that is all. they can't follow rules that's why they are in there! and when they are in there they still want a break for something. remembeer u are the ENFORCERS OF THE LAW!! take pride in what u do! ur making good money. but i know it's never enough, especially when u are placing ur life in front of these punks!!!
