Water is the new "black gold." It will soon become more valuable than oil and speculators are already on the hunt, trying to control water supplies where ever they can find them. Water rights will be the new legal battleground. Water disputes could also degenerate into violence very easily. It has happened before.

You are absolutely correct. Be ever vigilant about your community's water supply and any outside interests in it.
