Those rich out of staters that are filling the pockets of the suck asses in Santa Fe need to find their own water. No water from the Fort Sumner should go for them.Everything that the northern part of our state wants they get even if it means leaving the rest with nothing.Taxes are payed by all the state but our governor seems to cater to the northern part more.

Fort Sumner has some of the worst quality water in the entire state. I wouldn't let my silvery minnows swim in it.

I think we should not sell our water rights to Santa Fe, let them get it from someone else. The people who will profit have no consideration for any other well users who levels may be affected.

Fort Sumner to Santa Fe, then Ute Lake to Portales/Clovis and Texas. Where does it end? Does it end when the last realtor gets the last dime from selling this State and our resources? If you don't have the water, STOP GROWING! It's a natural restriction in a desert, don't try to get around it, just stop.
