Scranton man accused of stealing $70,000 from parent's account while teller at West Scranton bank

You have to "do what you have to do" in these times. People do dumb things like gamble. If you feel you can get away with it , rob a bank, it's that simple. Banks rip people off every day and it's only fair that someone did it to them.
