yea and also the messer boy, they told the courts dustin has been doing this for a while if he was he sure in the h*ll wouldn't been broke would he, i think the guys that rated and said it was dustin is the very ones that did it and dustin couldn't have been doing it for a while cuz he was in jail a couple times while this was going on, those other guys is the ones did it and the girl who owned the truck no one didnt steal her truck she is just as guilty and they are all out of jail cause they are RATS and Dustin isnt RAT. just leave him along.

<quoted text>Thomas Church. Better known as TC. The one that is setting in jail right now for "supposedly" robbing harts pharmacy the first time. He didn't do it the first time it was robbed but was blamed and he was told that the court would give him a break if he pleas guilty to the crime in which he didn't do so he plead guilty to get out of jail sooner than what he would have if he would have fought it and not plead guilty. What I am trying to get across is, The people who robbed the pharmacy yesterday are the same ones who robbed it the first time. It wasnt Thomas Church. I think they need to look into this and see that the reason harts pharmacy was robbed this time was because the REAL robbers got away with it the last time so they thought they could get away with it this time as well.
Someone would have to be a complete
Idiot to take the blame for something they didn't do

<quoted text>I understand what you are saying.I once was charged with something that I didn't do.The prosecuters tried evey way in the world to get me to plea guilty to something! I was charged with identity theft, which is a felony. They told me I could get 20 years, but they would be happy if i would plea to a lesser charge and take 60 days in jail.I said no way I didn't do this and I AM not pleading guilty to anything. To make a long story short they were trying to get me to plea guilty so they could close the case.I didn't,and it was dropped! People can be railroaded!
That's right, don't admit to something you didn't do. WTF, if the courts want to harass you all you have to do is get a lawyer and they'll fight it out and not only do you get out of it but u make the Judge look even dumber then when he's in that robe. Plus the state will have to pay your lawyer fees and for slandering your name.

Sounds to me like Barney and Gomer have it all figured out. Otis is in jail cause he was railroaded by the law and the pathetic courthouse that we have here in Lincoln County. Just because he pled guilty to get outta jail quicker doesn't mean he is guilty of anything, it just means he was given 2 options, refuse to sign and sit in jail or sign and get out and go back to his family. Now I know there is gonna be some goofball that doesnt agree with this but I can tell you for a fact that this is a good possibility. I recently went through the same thing and did everything I could to clear my name and was told plainly by 2 officers and several people at the courthouse that I could give them some names of drug dealers or sit in jail til my 1st court appearance. So I sat in jail for a little over a week and begged them to follow my leads that would prove my innocense and they plainly told my that it was too much leg work. So I had to plead guilty to something I didn't do or face 25 yrs in prison. Im a single mom and had never been in trouble in my life. Like a fool I pled guilty so I could come home and take care of my kids. Believe it or not, our law sucks as bad as the courthouse and they couldn't catch the real crooks if someone took them to the jail already in handcuffs.
