This gives the Gov another chance to create more jobs. After the new walk is in, if anyone wants to go out and enjoy it, but doesn't want to walk the distance, there will probably be state funding for someone to take the walk for you! Why not? The Gov thinks that state government is there to take care of your every need - regardless of the impending tax burden to the taxpayers, so why not hire some stand-in walkers? You couch potatoes out there can now enjoy the new walk without leaving your couch! What a deal!
